Refund policy

At SUGAR LILY’S, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Packaging must be intact

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, baby essentials such as blankets, towels, rompers, and personal items may not be eligible for return once opened.
(You may adjust this based on your store.)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used baby items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Sent incorrectly

If you need an exchange, contact us  within 3 days of receiving your item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
